All of our staff has a passion for enabling children to sparkle within a nurturing and caring environment.

Staff are chosen for their rapport with children and their desire to meet their needs and encourage them to grow in confidence and ability.

Happy Hearts team are highly motivated and are always adapting their practice to make sure their key children experience exciting opportunities which relates to their current interests.

All staff have undergone background checks including Criminal Records Bureau checks and referencing, they have all been registered with the update service so Management can check and access the report 24\7.

The staff are the key to our success and we are very proud of our dedicated team who work exceptionally hard.

We are a small but well established setting specialising in caring for children from 2 to 5 years.

Happy Hearts is privately owned by Victoria Lynes.

Parents too!

We strongly value a close working relationship with our parents.

All parents are warmly welcome to join in any session with reading to children and getting involved in a variety of activities with them. We hold an annual father, mother, grandparent and child day. This day’s activities are designed and organised by staff usually around fathers\mothers day. Children can invite any family member they wish – be it mum, dad, nan, granddad, auntie, uncle or otherwise!

Informal appointments are made regularly for parents to come and speak to their child’s key person to look at their learning journals with us and discuss progress, next steps and anything else that is relevant and important to your child and you.
